T is for Tomato – Day 20

It actually slipped my mind that tomatoes were the T vegetable, well technically fruit. Clearly my head has been in marketing overdrive the last few days! It’s an awesome fruit that can be eaten raw, cooked, simmered into a sauce (Italian food yay!), sautΓ©ed… Whatever you do with tomatoes, they always add a sense of freshness!
