This won’t be the usual airy fairy, la dee da’s, whimsical wonderment. It’s the reality check of moving out but in a fun and albeit a tad lighthearted hint of sarcasm πŸ˜‰ Moving out is not all roses and glamour, but it’s all so worth it. Join me in the ups and downs of my 26 mini moving out adventures and life hacks.

Starting with lucky first… Letter A!

#1. Ant proof your apartment.

Can’t put it any better than Axl and Hutch’s ant invasion…

Mine wasn’t as dramatic phew! Believe me my apartment at the beginning gave me enough problems =p My little tiny ants were cruising along my lovely balcony terrace…

Dream balcony

Didn’t think much of it cause after all- they’re tiny! Innocent! Harmless! Actually not so much. They bit me like 6 times XD didn’t even know these little cheeky 🐜🐜🐜🐜 did so.

Queue Mortein barrier protection. And calamine lotion for the ant bites- gosh they swelled like crazy.

Declare ant war victory!
