Z is for Zucchini Flowers and Thank You

Final day of the challenge! It’s been an incredible and amazing past month (well to be exact 26 days) of the A-Z blogging challenge! Congrats to all the other writers who joined in 2016! πŸ˜‰ Hoped you had as much fun reading my posts as much I have loved reading your stories! May you keep writing and sharing your stories, thoughts and dreams and knowledge of what truly makes you you. πŸ˜‰

Today won’t be so much about the nutrition tidbits about food, it’s just about good food. πŸ˜‰

So Zucchini Flowers? Never ever cooked with them. But I remember way back when to 2010, there was a Masterchef
challenge to cook vegetarian food for non vegetarians! And Jono and Claire bravely took on zucchini flowers fried with goats cheese and pomegranates to blokes who loved their meat pies. Needless to say they were skeptical of its fillingness but boy were they surprised! Head to SBS for the recipes πŸ˜‰

Had so much fun taking on 2016’s culinary theme and can’t wait till 2017’s challenge! Thank you to the organisers of the challenge!
