The superfood that everyone has been raving about since the last 2 years. So it’s no surprise that it’s on today’s feature! But where was kale hiding all these years before the recent spotlight? I was on a mission to find out!

Way back then kale wasn’t really such a high demand. Not like now where everywhere you go, kale of all sorts are there!

Turns out everybody ate kale given the fact it’s been grown for over over 2,000 years! Till the Middle Ages when it got ditched in favour of bigger leaves known as cabbage. Funny how everyone was obsessed with cabbage leaving kale behind. Yet now in the 21st century we’ve reverted! Kale is everywhere πŸ˜‰ So there you have it, the mystery of kale solved.
