#15: Better when I’m dancin’

Remember when you were a kid and wished you could have ice-cream for breakfast? Well today, I kind of did πŸ˜‰

Farmer’s Union Natural Greek Yoghurt turned to Froyo ice-cream =p


Funny story actually, my mum bought the natural Greek yoghurt and since we ran out of room in the fridge- she ended up just putting it into the poultry draw. So obviously the temperature was much lower in the draw. Much lower. And behold! The next day when I grab the yoghurt out to eat- the whole tub was frosted solid from top to bottom. Eh voila froyo that looks like ice-cream πŸ˜‰

In life, sometimes it’s easy to just focus on the mad rush of meeting deadlines (for uni or work), landing that big client or dream job, working on late night projects and all. Sure those things are important, but nothing is more important than your health! Getting worked up,stressed, exhausted and glazy eyes are all signs that point to…

It’s time to let loose and dance! To rejuvenate and be refreshed πŸ˜‰

Now while we can’t be dancing around the office (well maybe one day we could where dancing becomes the new stretches!), when you get home dance away to your hearts content. Shake off the annoyances and stresses of life and have fun! It honestly will do wonders for your health and wellbeing πŸ˜‰ Or if you’re not a fan of dancing full on, simply swaying on the chair works too!

After dancing away, you’ll honestly feel better and whatever you were stressed about before no longer matters. It’s all about perspective πŸ˜‰
